2. Equipment and Parts
2.1 New Equipment
- All new equipment comes with manufacturer warranties
- Defective equipment will be replaced or repaired as per manufacturer policy
- Claims must be made within 14 days of installation
- Equipment must not have been tampered with or modified
2.2 Parts and Components
- Parts must be in original condition and packaging
- Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase required
- Special order items are non-returnable
3. Service Cancellation
For service cancellations:
- 48 hours notice required for scheduled services
- Emergency call-out fees may apply for late cancellations
- Deposits may be non-refundable for custom projects
4. Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Original payment method will be used for refund
- Service charges or installation fees may be non-refundable
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
5. Warranty Claims
For warranty claims:
- Contact our service department immediately
- Provide detailed description of the issue
- Allow reasonable time for inspection and assessment
- Keep all original documentation and packaging
6. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
